Infilemon Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated Web Developer Trainee who is passionate about website development, UI design, WordPress, SEO, and modern AI-powered workflows.
About the Role
As a Web Developer Trainee, you will work on real-world website development projects and learn how to build professional, responsive, SEO-friendly websites using WordPress and modern web development practices.
We are looking for someone who has a learning mindset, good design thinking, attention to detail, and an AI-first approach to improving productivity and solving development problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive websites using WordPress
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins
- Build and improve website pages using Elementor or similar tools
- Implement basic SEO and website optimization
- Create clean, responsive and user-friendly UI
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and basic PHP
- Troubleshoot and improve existing websites
- Use AI tools for development, research, debugging and productivity
- Work with the team on real-world client projects
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of WordPress Development
- Understanding of Themes & Plugins
- HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript
- Basic PHP knowledge
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Good UI/UX and design sense
- Strong design thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and explore new technologies
- Ability to use AI tools effectively in development work

6-Month Trainee Period
The selected candidate will complete a 6-month trainee/probation period. Compensation during this period may be unpaid or performance-based.
Performance will be evaluated based on technical skills, learning ability, work quality, UI implementation, problem-solving, AI usage, and teamwork.
Candidates showing strong performance may be considered for a paid/full-time opportunity after the trainee period.
